THE DIFFERENCE

Washington Square Capital is not a passive investor or a traditional private equity investor. We will be 100% operating in the invested company with one or more of our principals. We are not a check-writing company that asks for financials every quarter that sits in an office tower. The team will be engaged at the heart of the operations from day one.

We seek to buy and align ourselves with the seller, which are usually family run businesses. If you created a legacy, we are here to enhance the qualities that you have started.

INVESTMENT CRITERIA

COMPANY

Revenue of $3 million to $25 million
EBITDA (profitability) of $750k to $3.5 million
High EBITDA margins of 10% or greater
High percentage of recurring revenue
No customer concentration
Low CapEx requirements/intensity
Stable cash flows
Established for at least 5 years
Profitable for the past 3 years

INDUSTRY

Minimal seasonality / cyclicality
Fragmented industry
We are open to most industries, including healthcare, B2B business services, light manufacturing, tech enabled businesses, etc.
